This policy explains what information Peak Reliance collects through peakreliance.co, when you contact us, and in the internal tools we use to run our firm, and how we use it.
Visiting this website
This website has no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers and no cookies.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs. Each log entry records the requesting IP address, the browser’s user-agent string, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these logs to count visits and to keep the site secure. We do not use them to identify you or to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share them.
Contacting us
If you email us at hi@peakreliance.co or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and a description of your needs. We use it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
We keep client information confidential, as our professional standards as accountants require. We do not sell it, and we share it only:
- when you ask us to, for example with a tax authority on your behalf;
- when the law requires it;
- with service providers who help us run our practice under confidentiality obligations.
Our internal tools and Google data
Peak Reliance uses an internal tool, Holos Search, to report how our own websites appear in Google Search.
- Who signs in: with the permission of the firm’s owner, Holos Search signs in to Google Search Console as the firm. It never accesses a visitor’s or client’s Google account.
- What it reads: read-only search performance data (impressions and clicks) for websites the firm owns or manages.
- How we use it:
- We use this data only to understand our own websites’ search performance.
- We store it on the firm’s own systems.
- We do not sell it, share it with third parties or use it for advertising.
- Google’s rules: Holos Search’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
- Revoking access: the account holder can remove Holos Search’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Keeping information secure
We limit access to the information we hold to the people and systems that need it to serve you. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
